November 2009... Thanksgiving Action

Thanksgiving Action...

We visited Miami for Thanksgiving and enjoyed a delicious meal at Aunt Cassie and Uncle Ralph's house... There are just a few action photos of the kids running around.... I have to admit that I am having a hard time keeping up with them.... especially with a camera in my hand....
I had hoped to get more of the family...

I love my mornings with my little boy....Below is picture of me cuddling on the couch with him one morning.... early.... before Emy woke up.... He is such a snuggly, cuddly little boy....

Greg and I took the kids to the park one evening.... they had a blast and so did we....We played and played until the sun went down!

For a special treat... before the baby is born in a few weeks... Greg planned a girl's trip for me, with the girls....Katie and Vanessa. We went to Naples for a night. It was beautiful and relaxing.... and so nice to catch up....It was my first night away since the twins and it was very strange to wake up alone.... and much later than usual....

Well Christmas is around the corner.... and not far off from there is the arrival of our third child... second son.... It is such a happy time of year and we feel blessed everyday for all that we have.... We are wishing all a beautiful, loved filled holiday season....
What to name him.... what to name him.....

September 2009... School Days

School Days....

Casen and Emy started preschool this month at The Learning Tree...
They are going Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9-12
It is a very small classroom and they love their teacher Kristine...

It gives mommy just enough time for a few hours to spend with our new addition....when he gets here in January. Below are a few pictures from the first day of school... the kids loved their new backpacks and mommy thought they were cute too!

There is a picture of Daddy and his daughter.... starting a very long road.... preschool.... elementary.... junior.... high.... college.... medical school.....
To think they wee in my belly just a short time ago.... an now school.... sniff.... sniff....

One of my favorite times are weekend morning.... just hanging out with the kiddies on a Saturday morning.... waiting for the boys to get ready to go to family breakfast at First Watch....

We are also enrolled in a music class.... the kids love it! There are a few pictures of the free instrument play.... our favorite! Casen LOVES to play the drum..... He is quite good and can even play with 2 drumsticks!

Life with twin, active toddlers is challenging.... to say the least.... then adding being 7 months pregnant and you have a recipe for exhaustion! But.... with that being said..... I wouldn't trade this for anything.... they are amazing and I am so in love.... Greg and I are amazed and entertained by them everyday! We feel so lucky to have this family of ours... and to be adding to it very soon..... Our 3rd is due January 26th.... and we are still in disbelief! We can't wait to meet him and for Emy and Casen to meet him as well....
We hope all is well with you and your families.... God Bless.... and good luck prepping for the busy upcoming holiday season.....

August 2009... Exciting News

August Daze....

Below is one of my favorite pictures...It is a boy and his dog.... sharing cheerios. This has become one of our morning rituals... eating cheerios on the coffee table and watching sprout.... and seasame street.....

Another exciting event in August was Emy getting big girl walking shoes..... fun stuff! She is taking little steps here and there..... amazing.... what a milestone....
The twins are eating everything.... Here is a series of pictures of my little melon eaters.... the kids love melon.... as you can see.... Another adventure was Casen's first hair cut this month.... not that it looks very different.... she just evened it up.... but nevertheless, it was very exciting. I have also included pictures from my favorite time of day.... morning....My little boy wakes up first every morning.... and we get to hang out.... going in his room to get him is the highlight to my day.... It is one of Greg's favorite things as well... There is just something about them in their little pj's.... adorable! Emy sleeps in.... but when she gets up well all play in our pj's.... and eat cheerios.... yummy!
Well they are 15 months now and will be walking any day without falling between attempts.... they are amazing little people.... The moments we have during the day are priceless....

I just need to thank my husband again for enabling me to raise my children and providing for our family.... it means so much to me.....

I hope that everyone is well and looking forward to the new school year....
Time is going by so quickly, but I can't complain.... I am 17 weeks now and looking forward to finding out what we will be having in a few more weeks..... very exciting! I have not had any morning sickness..... thank goodness.... time is passing so quickly this time.... maybe it is because I have my hands full....

July 2009... Summer Vacation

Summer Vacation!

Greg and I had a wonderful vacation.... We visited the New England area and it was beautiful. The kids were a blast to watch and we had a great time on our first family venture.
I started with some pictures of the kids the morning just before our departure.... they are very excited... The flight there was a better than anticipated... the kids did great on the plane! On our first stop to Providence, Rhode Island we visited the Roger Williams Zoo with Grandma (my mom) and Uncle Wacky (Zac, my brother)
We got a close up view of the giraffe feeding....we ate hotdogs and played on the playground. What a beautiful New England day!

Of course, it wouldn't be a Bosseler vacation without..... a triathlon!
Greg did the Providence Half Ironman
(1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, and 13.1 mile run)
We were there to cheer him on for the 5 hours and 38 minutes it took for him to complete it. We were very proud of him....My whole family came to cheer him on....

Below is a picture of him coming in from his bike.... The kids napped while he swam, biked and ran....

Post race we had the best Providence pizza.... Wickeden Pizza.... I sure do miss that pizza from my college days.... and we hung out on the State Capitol lawn....

After Providence we entered the second leg of our vacation.... Martha's Vineyard! It was beautiful and we had a blast.... Greg and I are hoping to make this a summer thing! The beaches were incredible and the kids are now at the age were they enjoy it and have a blast in the water... with the sand... the toys....

One day we went to a beautiful beach on Martha's Vineyard.... on a little island called Chappy....

Some of the pictures below ae the cliffs on the other side of the island in Aquinnah...We also enjoyed breakfast in Edgartown.... yummy! Did some shopping and ate ice-cream every night!

The third leg of our vacation was visiting Grandpa in CT.... It was in the country and very peaceful. My dad has a beautiful three story log home on a little creek. The weather was incredible. Below is a cute picture of Casen after falling asleep rocking with Grandpa on the porch....

We visited the Mystic Aquarium with Grandpa and Mary.... Emy loved the penguins. She would giggle and scream and try to grab them when they would swim by... Grandpa bought the twins each a little penguin named Waddle and Slide.

The final leg of our trip was to visit Grandma and Uncle Zac in Provincetown, Cape Cod.... We stayed in an Inn on the beach and played, played, played!

Casen found seaweed to be very interesting.... the twins tried Lobster and we enjoyed a great family pizza night....

We had a wonderful vacation and can't believe how big the kids are getting! They are pulling up and walking along furniture, babbling, saying some words, and getting into EVERYTHING! We are expecting baby number 3 in January and feel very blessed! We can't wait to find out if Emy will have a sister or another brother to beat up on.....

We wanted to say thanks to all the grandparents, uncles and friends who made this trip so easy for us! The kids were so happy to see and play with you all.....

Lots of Love,
Greg & Summer
Casen & Emy
& Number 3
